On November 21 st , 2008. e-Synergy had held a Job Fair at "The 1 st Thailand - Japan International Academic ( TJIA ) Conference 2008" that had been held at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Ookayama Campus. In accordance with the theme of “From Research to Sustainable Development” , objectives of the conference are;

•  To broaden viewpoint and establish academic research connections for sustainable development and real application which is needed by policy maker ( national institutions ) and user ( industr y sector) in Thailand .
•  To gather and present the researches (that make a contribution to Thailand ) which are conducted by Thai-Japanese students, researchers and professors.
•  To create academic network collaboration among Thai – Japanese students and researchers
•  To promote both the exchange and transfer of knowledge , learning, practice and technology between Thailand and Japan .

Over than 200 Thai Students and all around in Japan had joined in a Job Fair.
